THE MASTERS
As humans we are asked to interface in the 3rd Dimension, but the 3rd
Dimension is co-terminus with other Dimensions at the same time. So there is another
“self” of us that is simultaneously in contact and in direct responsibility to the Work with
Hierarchy and we are associating with the Masters in that Dimension, as we are with
others in physical embodiment in the 3rd Dimension.
The block between our awareness of the dialogues in both dimensions, i.e., our
awareness of the dialogue in the Upper Dimension in our lower selves, is our personal
karma throughout all of our embodiments, and our ability to surrender. The Surrender
of the lower self to the Higher Self is what allows access to the self that is in other
Dimensions working with full knowledge of the Plan. Because the lower self has
sovereignty and the possibility of a conditioned Free Will, it is allowed a separate
existence in a sense, or one that can continue for most humans as an isolated 3rd
Dimensional reality, with little or no contact with their Higher Selves.
If man is Septanary, then he has existence on all 7 Planes, but man is actually
more than that. It is only the limitation of mans manifested form that terminates in a 3rd
Dimensional body on the lower end, or the Earth Element, and is the basis of his
functioning in an Earth currently experiencing evolution in the 3rd Dimension and the 4th
Round, the densest part of Earth evolution. The other part of man’s consciousness, i.e.
his being in other Dimensions, is not limited in the same way.
So if our Higher Self is already in contact with the Ascended Masters and is
already Aware of the Divine Plan for itself and humanity, what is it that keeps that
awareness from trickling down into the outer consciousness of the personal self in the
3rd Dimension? It is these 2 things, personal karma and Willingness to Surrender to
the Higher Self. So obviously, the surrender facilitates the transmutation of the Karma
and the release of the records of the inner life to the outer consciousness.
So the Ascended Masters work with us constantly on the Inner Planes and we
are not aware of it. If we experience it in our daily existence and outer consciousness,
we are aware of what is going on with our own personal evolution and we are
consciously “On the Path.” The way to release that information And to become aware of
that contact is thru Surrender to the I Am Presence, or Higher Self, and by calling it forth
thru Invocations and Decrees.
Once a sufficient probation of surrender and an adequate amount of Karma is
balanced, the Individual Soul will take Initiation and become more aware. All those
individuals who are Candidates for Ascension are ready to be activated and have
either reached that time or are scheduled for that Activation at some future time in their
present Life. So if you are aware of the Ascended Masters and interested in such things,
you can consider yourself a Candidate for Ascension In this life or in the next one or two
lives, and that surely you are in the last cycle of 7 lives.
Many will elect to come back for the full 7 lives. Others will Ascend in this Life,
but the Masters will be working with you on the Inner Planes, specifically in this last Life
or last cycle of Lives. If you can receive this information, you are on that Path and you
may safely consider that the Ascended Masters have contacted you.
We would like to discuss the method and your potential for speeding up your
evolution. For if you are certainly in this collective of Souls nearing Ascension, then you
are capable of and ready to contact the Masters directly, yourself. To do this, you
must Call it Forth. That is why we suggest the Decrees and Invocations, because
75they are tuned to our Vibration and because they are scientifically constructed to activate
you in specific ways. As you become more aware you will be able to write them
yourself.
Feel free to enter into a dialogue with us. We are at your Service and we
understand you, perhaps better than you understand yourself. If you wish to contact a
specific Master, we suggest you learn all you can about that Master. Make Invocations
and Decrees and call forth that contact. Speak it out loud. Do not set a time limit on it
for us, or for yourself. Just do it until that which you call forth occurs, and it surely will,
as the Law is, “The Call Compels the Answer.” And We respond to that Law.
We are the Ascended Masters. WE speak as one voice and we ask you to
prepare yourselves for our message. Invite us in, create a dialogue with us and we
will return on the energy current of your efforts. The Ascended
Masters stand ready in the 5th and 6th Dimension, where our Buddhi and Higher Manas,
6th and 5th principles are already in activated Self Consciousness, and a
fully self realized part of the Spiritual Triad that comprises our Higher Self.
So the Ascended Masters are ready at that level to make contact and are in
contact with your Higher Self at that level. By using the decrees and the Violet
Flame, you can thin the layer (veil) thru to your Spiritual Higher Triad, the 5th, 6th, and 7th
Principles of your Higher Being. The Nexus of this flow is thru your heart Chakra, 3rd
Eye and Throat Chakra.
Below the Heart Chakra is another block. This also must be transmuted for you
to leave the Earth Plane. To make your Ascension from the lower Self,
The momentum of the casual body will be released to you as your “Treasure stored up in
Heaven” and all the misqualified energies of the lower Chakras will be transmuted and
cleansed. Then the release of the lower energies thru the heart Chakra will occur and
you will be free of the 3rd Dimension.
Higher Manas will merge with Buddhi and you will become your Christ Self
unifying the concentric fields of energy around your body. You will become all powerful.
“All power in Heaven and Earth is given unto me.” That is a statement only the Christ
could make. The Nefilim cannot make that claim, for they are terrestrially bound,
though their powers are great in the 3rd Dimension and have held sway on Earth up to
this time. The others who came to serve were mixed in with them, but for the most part
the Nefilim ran the show and they did it for themselves and their own benefit.
Bending the knee to the Upper Triad, hasn’t happened in millions of years,
perhaps it will never happen for them. That is their choice. For you, your Ascension is
what is important, letting go of the need to return to the Lesser Self, working thru your
Contract, completing the balancing of 51% of your Karma, Complete Continuity of
Consciousness, this is your gift at the end of this embodiment or the next.
We as the Ascended Masters, have made this journey. We encourage you not to
despair, not to turn aside. We can be there with you but we cannot do it for you.
Ascension is an Individual Soul’s Work and each Individual must earn their own
Ascension. Many were mistaught that Jesus Christ could take their Ascension for them.
This is a misuse of energy and it occurs to this day in the 3rd Dimension. You may call
on us, the Ascended Masters. We will assist you. We have been helping you all along
toward your Ascension, as we have helped everyone who has Ascended from the Earth
Plane. You will make your Ascension in time, and we are with you Now! Don’t hesitate
to call on us. We are the Ascended Masters.
So the Access point to the Higher Self and to the Ascended Masters is your own
Will. And this is why Will is the 1st Ray, Will & Power. It is the Will that delivers the
Power. For you to receive and have access to the Power of your Higher Self, you must
Surrender your Will to the I Am Presence, which is the Highest Level of your
Individualized Being. That Surrender and Will is all united in the 1st Ray and the Throat
Chakra.
76All the “Swordsmen” of Hierarchy, El Morya, Archangel Michael, and Astreya are
just waiting to “Cut You Free” of all that is not in alignment with the Divine Plan for you
or for Humanity. This is why Arthur, El Morya, wielded Excalibur. And this is why El
Morya, the Law Giver, Abraham, will be Manu to the next Root Race. Yes El Morya will
be the one to hold the Blue Ray energies for the 6th Root Race and to hold in tact the
archetypes of Divine Law, God’s Will and your access to the Higher Self.
Many of you will already have Ascended before 6th Root Race is fully in 3rd
Dimensional embodiment. Many who are on Earth today, in physical bodies will still be
occupying physical bodies as the 6th Root Race begins to overlap with the 5th. The Path
of Ascension Lies thru the Will, the 1st Ray of El Morya, and surrender to the Higher Self.
El Morya is a good Chohan to focus on if you are interested in Ascension. He will
get you ready to meet Serapis. When you have conquered the first 3 levels of power,
you will be ready for the 4th, Ascension. At this time, many are already prepared, and
have but to finish their contracts, their Dharma, their Divine Plan in 3rd Dimension and
they will be ready to make Ascensions into the 5th Dimension.
The Masters will be waiting in the 5th Dimension for each of us who attains the
Victory of Ascension And we will be able to count on their help for our Path until we do.
They will be preparing us on the Inner Planes as we prepare ourselves in the Outer. Our
nightly communion with the Ascended Masters in the Inner Retreats will become more
and more focused until we see it manifest in the Outer. Once having conquered the 1st
Ray, at the new level of our awareness, we are ready to pass on to Wisdom, and the 2nd
Ray, where will we receive the benefit of all Knowledge that we have received in the past
and that we can read for ourselves in the Akashic Records. Then comes the Pink Ray,
Love, Divine Love, The Perfect Love that Casteth out Fear.
There is no other way than thru Selfless Love that we can get to the 4th Ray of
our Ascension. So these first 3 Rays and the 4th Ray will propel us into our Higher
Selves. They become the Spiritual Triad thru the Fire of the Ascension as those
energies are raised up from the heart Chakra, and the 3 Fold Flame, we become
Enlightened, conscious of our True Selves. It is all there for the Asking, and the Masters
promise and hold a covenant with all that is.
If we will do the Work, they will support us all the way thru to our Ascension. The
Masters are not hidden away, even in the 5th 6th & 7th Dimension, we daily have access
to them. We are not aware of that access, until we can bring it thru to our outer
consciousness. This is the beginning of our own Continuity of Consciousness, i.e. to
draw the awareness of the Ascended Master thru to our outer Selves. “Believing is
Seeing.” There is no other way to reach this awareness than thru Belief, Correct
Practice, Correct Vision, Will.
If we turn our Will over to it, “Energy Follows Thought, and what we put our
attention on we will become. So by focusing the Law and focusing ourselves in it and
visualizing the Masters and the Higher Self in the Higher Planes, is the way to bring that
thru. Couple this with the “Direct Request” thru the scientific use of the Spoken Word,
with Invocation and Decrees, we can participate in the life of our Higher Self and draw
forth the Masters. It is our Privilege, our Birthright, but also our Duty. For, in Truth, the
Masters are not allowed to come any closer into our World than we personally invoke
them. It is the Law and they will not violate it. They can come no closer to you than
your Higher Self, Higher Manas, Buddhi and Atman, the Upper 3 Principles. If you want
them to come into your outer consciousness, you MUST invoke them thru the Power of
the Spoken Word and thru repeated use of the Sacred Fire in all of its colors.
The Violet Flame is the Universal Solvent and once we have realized where
the blockages lie and what we are working with in the 3rd Dimension, we must learn to
put it into the Flame, visualizing it dissolving like a spot on a glass. The glass becomes
clear thru repeated washing. One can see thru it much better. The Violet Flame will do
that to your Chakras and your consciousness if you invoke it. It will clarify that which
you know, that which you do not know, and that which you seek to know.
77The Violet Flame is like turning on the Light, it will shed Light on all of your
conditions, tests & trials. Its will buoy you up toward your Ascension. It is the Blue and
the Pink, 1st and 3rd Rays, and Mercy’s Flame, (with a touch of 2nd Ray of Yellow) added
together; these three make the Violet Flame in all its manifestations. As it becomes
Lighter thru repeated use, it becomes white, the crystal pure flame of Transmutation. It
will be your Ascension. So Applying the First Three Rays thru the Violet Flame is the
way to your Ascension. Add in Invocation to the Masters to complete your package of
Ascension.
I Am Serapis…I have asked you all to come to Sedona, in Arizona, in Western
United States to celebrate the Transfer of Light, the Light of Luxor and the Ascension
Flame to Cathedral Rock in Sedona. This is the same Light of the Ascension Flame
that we carried to Luxor from Atlantis, 180,000 years ago, when the Priests &
Priestesses of the Sacred Fire who had remained true to the Work, were informed
Atlantis Would sink and that the energies of man and the Creator Gods, if they were to
continue on Earth, must be transferred to new locations. This Light was planted on the
soil of Luxor 180,000 years ago. And I returned to rule as King and to Work with the
Flame in Egypt in many embodiments.
I finally gained my Ascension In 500 B.C. and once again became the Inner
Hierarch of the Ascension Flame. As I hold the Key to your own Ascension, and I ask
my brother El Morya to show you the Path to Chelaship, to your Higher Self. As I Am,
your own Master, I AM the Presence, I AM Serapis. I AM in the Ascension Flame.
Those who are called to Sedona in Arizona are called to experience the Flame. It
is manifest in the Red Rocks and in the Vortexes, which are all 7 Rays manifest as the
One, Ascension Flame. There are 7 focuses, one for each of the Rays in Sedona, each
in a Rock of Great Prominence, (1. Cathedral Rock – 4th Ray, 2. Bell Rock – 7th Ray, 3.
Courthouse – 2nd Ray, 4. Schnebly Hill – 3rd Ray, 5. Thunder Mountain – 5th Ray, 6.
The Chapel – 6th Ray, 7. Coffee Pot – 1st Ray) and these join in the White Flame high
over Sedona, in the Etheric and send a Beacon to All. This Beacon of Light attracts
even the Extra Terrestrials. The Light Energy that culminates in Ascension, the White
Flame, is All Inclusive. I stand with one foot in Sedona and one at the temple in Luxor,
and my body is that flame.
I encourage you to find the Ascension Flame in your own heart thru the blending
of the 3 Fold Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power. I encourage you to make the journey
between Luxor and Sedona carrying that Flame in your Heart, as you commit to the path
of Higher Evolution, for your Soul, and for the Victory. The commitment must be made in
3rd Dimension before it can be made in the Higher Planes and then the Heavens are
opened unto you.
I Am Serapis and I will lend you some of my discipline if you will lend me your
Will. Make your pledge to El Morya and I will listen. As you surrender to your Higher
Self, I will be able to advance you on the path of Ascension. We will meet in my retreat
in Luxor. If you can be transported from Sedona To Luxor in your Higher Bodies, you will
find our retreat in the Etheric. We have trained many a Chohan. Jesus, Nada, El Morya
and Kuthumi were all my students. They all served the Ascension Flame in my retreat in
Luxor and it is thru their energies that we have expanded into the new world in
preparation for the 6th Root Race and the changing of the guard for which El Morya will
be Manu, and Kuthumi World Teacher and Bodhisattva.
As I have trained them in the Physical and Etheric, now I train you in the Physical
and the Etheric, for your tests in Sedona are tests of Ascension. We ask you to
consider what you are doing, and make sure of your self, for it would not be good to
decide later that you wish you had not made the commitment to me and my retreat. It is
not acceptable to turn back, although some have. It is far better to make that
commitment to the end before the beginning. As a Seraph I had already completed my
78mission when I agreed to come with Sanat Kumara to administer the 4th Ray unto the
Earth.
My commitment to Earth and its people led me back thru 3rd Dimension and the
whole cycle of overcoming until I myself had proven the FACT of the Ascension, both
to myself and the others who came later, who were encouraged by my Work to do the
same. Jesus was an eager student and it took much Work to prepare him for a public
Ascension. He had no idea at the time of his Work in my retreat what it would actually
be like to accomplish a Public Ascension. In his “missing years,” the account of his
Work in the retreats was recorded by the Lipika Lords and in all the retreat centers he
visited, in Egypt, India, and the Himalayas. Once he had completed his mission he
retired to Kashmir to Kuthumi and El Morya’s retreat high in the mountains, above Dahl
Lake.
This was the Path of one Light Bearer overcoming with much help from
Hierarchy. All who gain the Victory must confront and be confronted buy the Chohan,
the Archangel and the Elohim of the 4th Ray and pass their inspection. The 51% is the
balance point for the catapulting of an individual soul into the Ascension. This
requirement was changed from 100% by Hierarchy who agreed to hold the balance for
the remaining 49% in Higher Planes while the newly Ascended Chela could work thru
each and every erg of energy that had been qualified incorrectly in 3rd & 4th Dimension.
This was and is done thru Service to the Higher Self, service to All. Service to
All is Service to the Higher Self. United we Serve, the Ascended Masters stand behind
the Veil serving humanity so if I may seem stern or unforgiving, remember it is I who
must decide if You can take your Ascension and be counted upon to balance the rest of
your Karma while I hold it for you.
This I Am willing to do and have many times, but your Karma can affect my Service and
this I Am not prepared to allow, for the Service I render must not be limited by any
individual, not even myself.
I Am Serapis. I stand behind the veil, reaching toward you and your Ascension
as you reach toward me. Begin to feel your self rising, leaving Earth, leaving density,
establishing new ties and letting go of lesser karmic ties with all individuals you have had
contact throughout thousands of embodiments in 3rd
Dimension on Planet Earth. You will be like a parachute filling itself with wind and you
will pull them up when it is their turn to go.
Do not hesitate to take your Ascension, for it will enhance your Service rather
than limit it, and know that El Morya and the Three Chohans of the First Three Rays will
be your sponsors to me as the 4th Ray Chohan for your entry into my retreat. I Am

The Divine PLAN
I Am Sanat Kumara. I Am a Yellow Ray Master too, and I have spent 4 ½ million years on the Earth in my Higher Body. I visited Earth for the first time as Hierarchy and directly responsible for the evolution of the planet. It was my job to hold the balance for the entire planet and all of the energies that were emanating from it.
At that time the records were discordant, and we were not sure that Planet Earth would survive, and that the time might come for Earth to be terminated. But we held the balance for the Earth and she did survive, and we did ask those who came to serve at that time to stand in and hold the balance for the planet and its people as we had to come to do from Venus. And it was time for Earth to move on toward Ascension. We held the balance on the planet from Atlantean Times. It was during the Atlantean Times that Earth fell. This was not out of alignment with the Divine Plan. It was expected from the beginning that man would become very dense in the 3rd Dimension before moving back into the Higher Planes, and it was the Earth that was to serve as an example, as a colony, for those of you who had work to do in the Circle of Necessity and had to complete your Rounds for your personal evolution in the Sun System. Helios & Vesta, also Second Ray Masters, held the balance for me, as I became responsible for this Earth. And you could say that the Earth was mortgaged to me and I to her. In the scheme of things these are recent times. It was the Plan for Earth to be a free will zone and it had been granted immunity from
the Hierarchy’s point of view. It was a free will zone, and hands-off was the policy. We could only influence the Higher Selves of those present in embodiment in the 3rd Dimension. I myself never took embodiment in the 3rd Dimension on Planet Earth, although I did become visible at times for some of those who were my closest workers. And at times I became visible to Saint Germain and my other lieutenants. Is this in any surprise to you?
The Experiment is OVER!
(Ascended Masters Speak – excerpts)
Early man was not endowed with a fully active mind Principle. There was much experimentation with the form. As the Root Races began to overlap into the Fourth, or Atlantean Root Race, there was much misuse of energy. Humans were interbreeding with animals, and many false creations were spawned, including what science calls “early man.” In many ways the Atlanteans were ahead of us, technologically. They knew the power of levitation and could fly in the air and had the ability to harness energies that we still have yet to discover. But because the Laggards had no real wish to conform to the
Divine Plan, they began to pervert these energies to serve their own needs.
At one point the energy on Earth was so predominantly dark that Hierarchy decided to terminate “Experiment Earth.” It was then that Sanat Kumara volunteered to come and hold the balance for Light. The Ascended Masters were all part of the vanguard that came with Sanat Kumara and were not originally part of the Life wave that was evolving on Planet Earth.
The Light balance, which was critical for maintaining Earth as a platform of evolution, was completely perverted by these Fallen Ones. In fact, the Fallen Ones have held sway in the 3rd Dimension on Planet Earth since their arrival. Because they were willing to misuse the energy for their own ends, they seemed much more powerful than the innocents. Hence, we have a history of struggle, financial domination, and misuse of power connected with Planet Earth.
Each of the ages starting with Sat Yuga, which is the Golden Age, down through Kali Yuga, which is the Iron Age (the Age of Destruction), comprises a complete cycle, starting from a very high point and near perfection and dropping into a denser, less perfect manifestation. This was all part of the Plan. However, when coupled with the Laggards and their conscious misuse of Free Will, earned for Earth her name in Cosmos as the “Dark Star.” Hierarchy and those connected with the Light and Light Work for this planet, Solar System and universe, had been working under the restrictions of the Law, which indicated that Earth would be a Free Will Zone and therefore Hierarchy would maintain a “hands off” policy. However, the patience of Hierarchy and the Cosmic Beings of Light is nearing the end of its cycle. And the Laggards, the Fallen Ones, and their false creation, will soon come to an end.
NEXT
When God said “Let there Be Light” this was already a statement of a manifestation of the unmanifest. Because God the Absolute, the All there Is, could not make that statement. So Let There be Light is a Fiat made by the 2nd Logos, empowered by the 1st Logos and carried out by the 3rd Logos. We have the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Triad, or the Triangle of manifestation, that stands behind the manifestation. Which is the reason or the cause of all that manifests in the 3rd Dimension.
As a co-creator with God, “Ye are Gods,” we are allowed to enter this process on our own, in fact we are required to take dominion and rule the lower planes, but mostly to rule our own 4 lower bodies which is the lesson we came here to learn, so that we can manifest the Divine Plan of our own Being, in conjunction with the Divine Plan of All that Is. So. we play our part, as a cell in the body of God, learn our lessons and graduate in the Ascension, into the 5th Kingdom of Super humans. Thus, we can become more Conscious of ourselves as co-creators with God, after we have made the correct use of energy in our own Conscious, Being and World.
Let us go back to the beginning where we take responsibility for all that appears in our Conscious, Being and World and begin as a self-aware being, to re-direct that energy that is given to us for our use and our lessons in the blueprint form of our own Divine Plan.
We can have all that we require to complete our Divine Plan. There is no reason to fear lack of any kind. As long as we are in alignment with our Divine Plan, we will always have what we need. Everyone is a “manifestor” in his or her own world and now that we understand how this works, we realize that All already exists and everything that we desire, “Deity Sires in Us,” can come into our hands and use today as we call it forth. We too, can say, “Let there be Light” and we can direct that Light through the Elemental Kingdom into manifestation on the 3rd Dimension in our own world. In fact, this is our TASK to learn first of all, that we are doing this whether we realize it or not and then second, to do it consciously, with intent and create what we wish to see in our worlds. So Be It!
